There were a couple questions on Piazza I wanted to address -- first of all, as detailed in the announcement here, each homework assignment exactly replaces one quiz, and hence is worth 6% of the course mark. Thus all assignments are weighted equally in determining the final mark.
The Cauchy integral formula can be found in the notes above; also it is derived and discussed in section 33 of Goursat, though it is not called that there (Goursat refers to the case with no derivatives as "Cauchy's fundamental formula" and doesn't seem to give the general case a name at all).
