I believe I have now been in contact with everyone who has requested an alternate sitting for the final assessment. If you have written me about this, and have not received any response, please write me again right away.

Any further requests for an alternate sitting time on the final (other than as part of a documented accommodation, which I should have already received from TES and will be sure to implement) should have been sent to me a while ago, but at any rate need to be sent to me by no later than today. Requests coming later than today may not be accommodated.

I have gotten a number of requests for remarks on the August 3 -- 7 homework, Q2. I will respond to each of these individually, but most of them can be answered by noting that, while it is possible to find the answer without computing the supplementary integral (as some of you did), you needed to explain your logic.
