I have updated the typescript of Goursat to include some of the problems from Chapter II on integration. These would be good problems to try if you want more practice after going through the problems on the review sheet. Be warned that some of them are very challenging!
I have also uploaded some pre-class notes on analytic continuation (available here). We will be talking about this topic at the end of the week, and it may be useful to review this in preparation.
The first part of Chapter IV in Goursat on analytic continuation (what he calls analytic extension), particularly sections 83, 84, and 86, are quite good. Unfortunately I have not had time to type these up, but as I noted in the syllabus, there are scans of Goursat available online which I believe are legal since the book is no longer under copyright in Canada. We will not likely go much (if anything) beyond what is in the pre-class notes above though -- in particular we certainly won't get through everything in those sections of Goursat.
Incidentally, I haven't found anywhere in Goursat where he treats the material we are discussing now about harmonic functions, so the lecture notes will be the standard reference for that part of the course.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
