I have now updated the Crowdmark and assignment page for this week's assignment to reflect the changes announced yesterday evening. It turns out that it is not possible to delete questions from the assignment after I have distributed it so I have simply made Question 3 on this week's assignment worth 0 marks; anything submitted there will not be read. (I do apologise that this means I will need to ask the few of you who have already uploaded your answers to re-upload them to Question 1 on next week's assignment.)

The final assignment is now available here and is due next Friday (August 14) at 11.59 PM EDT. Please don't get spooked by the fact that there are four problems -- problem 2 should be very straightforward, and problem 3 shouldn't be much worse. The Crowdmark portal is also now up. While the assignment is due next Friday, the Crowdmark cutoff is not until Monday, August 17. But please do not put it off to the last minute!

I am going to do my best to get caught up in the typing of lecture notes tomorrow, as well as answering all back e-mails.

I will do my best to get the first part of a review sheet together by early next week. The tail end will depend a little bit on exactly what we manage to get through by the end of next week, of course.

I think there was something else but I forget what it was.
