An updated version of the textbook is available in the usual place. This has all of the material we have talked about so far and is complete for figures as far as it goes, except for figure 16 which deals with matters we shall probably not cover in this course, except maybe tangentially.

I will be writing notes for this week (for LEC5101) and also practice problems/indications of material covered, shortly.

And I apologise for being so behind in taking care of e-mails lately -- I think I am caught up now, so if you have written me about something and haven't gotten an answer yet, I apologise and ask that you write me again if there is still any issue.
