Yesterday's format seemed to work reasonably well, so I am thinking of just posting the TopHat questions when lecture would normally start, and then discussing them in real time like we did yesterday. They would still be open (and the discussion board available for reading) until 11.59 PM. Any feedback? Bb collaborate seems like it would work better for real-time chat, so I will plan to have that open also -- but I will have another discussion board too since that seems to require less infrastructure; and e-mail is always a last fallback if everything else goes down!

I know that my times for office hours may be difficult for some timezones -- I am open to holding another office hour at night (say 10.00 PM or so EDT) if there is anyone for whom such a time would work better.
