I apologise for not communicating more these past few days -- my reticence has been occasioned by a trip to the United States to visit family.

As I presume you are now aware, the final marks are now available. After much consideration my determination was to mark out of 115, making the additional 10 marks (actually, due to a slip in the marking scheme for problem 2, the additional 10.5 marks) extra credit. If anyone has questions who has not written me, please feel free to do so.

For those of you who have already written me, I apologise for not responding yet. I will do so sometime on Monday or Tuesday. At that point I will also offer some more statistical information about the final and the course as a whole.
