I have posted lecture notes for this past week here -- I feel that I may have left some things out, please let me know if there is anything missing which you would like to see put back in.

I have also posted some practice problems here. Most of these are more qualitative than our previous problems were wont to be -- there will in all likelihood be some qualitative problems of some sort on the final exam.

Please remember that the homework is due this Monday, August 5, at 6.00 AM, even though Monday is a holiday. (You are of course welcome to turn it in early if you want.)
