Homework 10 is now available here. It will be due next Monday, July 29, at 6.00 AM EDT (as usual) and will be marked completed/not completed.

Tomorrow I intend to say a bit more about general matters related to Green's functions; for this, reading section 8.2 would be useful. Time permitting, I will then start talking about the Fourier transform; for that, reviewing section 5.1 would be useful. We shall talk more about Fourier transforms and their application to the heat and wave equations on Thursday (for that, sections 5.2, 3.3, and 4.1.4 may be useful).
