I also found an error in the review sheet (the form of the general solution for an azimuthally symmetric problem in cylindrical coordinates was missing a factor of 1/a in the z part), and have posted a corrected version. I have also updated the notation slightly to emphasise that the factor of 1/a belongs to the factor lambda_{mi}, not the rho.

I am aware that your schedules may not be the same as they were during the first part of summer term, and I have gotten some requests that office hours be moved around a bit. In particular, it was suggested that Tuesday office hours be moved to 12.00 instead of 1.00. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for office hours times (either for me or for Dmitri).

In all likelihood I will not have time to produce solutions to the practice problems I posted last week until this Friday at the earliest (due to test-marking). I apologise for that.
