I have finally posted lecture notes for Tuesday's and Thursday's lectures here. I apologise for the delay! I think they are relatively complete (when put together with the notes for the previous week, which actually covered some material we didn't talk about until this week, in the examples at the end), except for the proofs, which I will try to add more information about soon.
I have also updated Homework 5 by eliminating problem 3 (which requires knowledge about Bessel functions which we have not yet covered). Problems 1 and 2, together with the due date for the assignment, have not changed.
Readings for next week: The material from chapter 3 which I recommended for Thursday would be good reading; I will post more after Tuesday's class (probably on Wednesday) once I see how far we get on Tuesday.
