Please note that you are required to write your quiz in the tutorial in which you are registered. This means in particular that you must be registered in a tutorial section. According to the information on the timetable, there are at least 8 people currently registered for the course who are not registered for a tutorial section.

Unfortunately the cap on the 3-4 tutorial enrollment is already at 50, which means that the tutorial is already more like a lecture than a tutorial proper, and also means that I am extremeley reluctant to increase it any further. If any of you have extenuating circumstances (such as work) which mean that you are unable to write the quiz in the 2-3 tutorial, but have not yet written me about it, please e-mail me (ncarruth@math.toronto.edu) with the timing of your other obligations and I will see if we can work out an accommodation.

At my or Dmitri's discretion, students writing a quiz in other than their scheduled tutorial (except in cases of appropriately documented accommodations) may receive a mark of 0 on that quiz.

This week's assignment (due next Monday) and tomorrow's reading will be on the course website by later on today.
